Impact Plus Promotional Products donates duffel bags to charities

CORNELIUS – Impact Plus Promotional Products, in conjunction with Roush Yates, will donate more than 150 new sport duffel bags to Room In The Inn for Christmas and to the Cornelius Police Department.

Room In The Inn is a faith-based charity that offers assistance to those in need by providing a place to sleep, laundry facility, new clothes and toiletries. Families will be able to use the bags to carry their items.

The Cornelius Police Department would like to have these bags available at a moment’s notice, stocked with daily necessities to help victims of domestic violence.

“We want to be able to reassure them that everything is going to be OK,” Sgt. George Brinzey said. “The program will be funded by local businesses, and we can say it started with the help of Impact Plus and Roush Yates.”

In April, Impact Plus Uniforms donated more than $2,000 in new business attire to the Men’s Shelter of Charlotte.
