Davidson Wildcats take on WCU and breast cancer

The “Pink Game” was a part of Connor House’s efforts to raise proceeds for “Bosom Buddies” events.
Connor House is an all-female social and service organization at Davidson College.
Bosom Buddies is their annual gala to raise money for earlier.org, a non-profit in the country dedicated to funding research for an earlier biological breast cancer test.
The women of Connor House were selling t-shirts and taking donations for their cause at the basketball game. They also raffled off a basketball signed by Davidson College coach Bob McKillop and the men’s team.
Bosom Buddies will hold its 13th gala on March 23 at the Lilly Family Gallery at Davidson College.
The Bosom Buddies gala is planned and executed entirely by the members of Connor House and hosts 300 people - members of the organization, families, Davidson staff, members of the greater Davidson community and individuals from sponsors.
The gala will feature performances from Davidson acapella groups, full dinner service, and a silent and live auction.
Davidson beat SoCon rival Western Carolina University 73-59 to extend a seven game winning streak.
