He died April 27 at his home.

Robinson was born March 10, 1940, in Port Chester, N.Y., to the late Gordon and Mary Robinson.

Serving in the U.S. Army, Robinson was in the infantry during the Berlin Crisis. He spent his career in construction and restaurant businesses.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; daughter, Christine Fischetti and husband, Michael; brother, Ronald Robinson and wife, Terry; grandchildren, Erica, Amanda and Michael; nephew, Johnny; and niece, Jennifer.

Elizabeth Tilson Caldwell

HUNTERSVILLE – Funeral services for Elizabeth Tilson Caldwell, 87, were held April 29, 2013, at First Baptist Church.

She died April 27 at her home.

Born to Olin and Grace Tilson of Huntersville, she grew up the eldest of 11 children.

She was a homemaker and later worked for Western Electric in Charlotte and served at the preschool of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Tommy; daughters, Paula DeLoma and husband, Leonard; grandchildren, Cary Kimpton and husband, Sam, and Emily Hoppes and husband, Ian,; and siblings, Jean Kerr, Hannah O’Neil, Shirley Hilton, Nancy Edwards, Judy Christopher and C.O. Tilson.

She died April 23, 2013, at Olde Knox Commons in Huntersville. Haywald was born Jan. 31, 1923, in Akron, Ohio, to the late Emory and Madge Becker Meade.

She served in the U.S. Marines during World War II. She worked as an administrative assistant at Oakland University.

Moore was born April 29, 1948, in Huntington, W.Va., to the late Lawrence Xavier and Ellouise MacKenzie Moore.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah Bagley Moore; son, Joshua Higgins Moore and fiancée, Karen Marie Cramblette; daughter, Natalie Cole Moore; sister, Christine Cole Moore; and grandchildren, Jacob Rider Moore, Kyle Connor Moore and Cassedee Cramblette.

Moore served in the U.S. Army and then later worked as a medical sales representative.
