HUNTERSVILLE – The Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics (HFFA) will celebrate the 20th Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day from 9 - 11:30 a.m. May 29.

As an official host site, the HFFA will hold complimentary land and water fitness classes starting at 8 a.m., health screenings, facility tours, and have health professionals on site to answer questions and handout literature.

Members and non-members of the HFFA are welcomed to the event.

On this day HFFA will join with an estimated 100,000 seniors across the country expected to help promote active, healthy lifestyles through physical fitness, good nutrition and preventive care.
