In Huntersville, many of the high traffic roads have been resurfaced which makes a major difference in traffic flow and in the appearance of the whole area. However, that is not replicated on quite a few of the neighborhood streets and side roads which are repaired only in small spots, eventually making streets look like a patchwork quilt, which in turn make subdivisions look much older then they really are.  After a few years, like 10 years in my subdivision, why can't the neighborhood streets be reassessed and repaved to look decent?
